assuming you had technical problems watching the game and didn't simply lack the time:

there was a) winamp (or vlc) stream b) qizmo (fquake is a free and small download - all you have to do then is /connect ip)

...but yes they said they were gonna release vods because it's also going to be on finnish public tv.

i didn't get how they managed to lose dm2 though. slowspawn + secret ra etc. = ez win :>? they actually lost because hlt killed a teammate with gl.

I'm not sure if anyone recorded the teamspeak stuff separately and released it. They usually do but i think they forgot or something.

What sucks with that stream is that the enemyskin/teamskins are the same (you can separate players by their name that shows up above their heads). Also, the stream didn't always follow the same pov as the commentators did. Still worth watching though.

so since you're the qw guru maybe you can help me:

i'm using mac osx (macbook 2ghz). i downloaded ezquake since that's the only mac-qw-client i could find and created the folders as explained on their page and copied both the pak1 and pak0 into the id1 folder. that's what it looks like now.

but nothing happens when i want to start the game. i don't get an error message or anything like that. the icon blinks once and then disappears. that's it.

any ideas? :)
