the point is, its not beta any more, a tethered cellphone is just the same as any other internet connection as far as windows is concerned, the game should always be able to check for a registed connection and get the IP, anything else is todo with your telecom, but as far as t-mobile UK goes, all they have ever done is block FTP connections without using a socks5 proxy
