Bring It Back Safely, (BiBS), is a European

Quake Live CTF League for the community, created by the community.

Update: Sign ups are now CLOSED!

If you missed the sign up period and still wish to participate, get signed up to our web site and contact us to join the waiting list of replacements.

32 clans are participating in Season 1, split into 4 randomly seeded divisions. From Season 2, we will take the results from the first season to seed divisions.

depends on where you're from.
EU = 5v5
US = 4v4

and most maps are better suited for 4v4, QL is more suited for 4v4 then 5v5 imo.

Edit: i just noticed "we" actually signed up for this. I'm not sure who 'we' are exactly but i can tell you for sure its not most of the old school q3ctf team.

But no we are not going to win :) None of us play any form of quake seriously any more.

ConQuerer... What is going on with you guys? The admins have been emailing you about your week 1 match to give you my email address. I have been sending you pm's on here and nobody is ever in your irc channel and you are never online on quakelive...

Are you guys going to play this league or what? Please contact me on the email that was sent to you by the admins or you will be getting a default loss for week 1.

Yeh I agree. Cos calling it divisions doesn't imply that its not skilled based

Or at least call them Division A, B etc

so what now, are those groups or divisions?

groups -> top2 or smth from every group move on to playoffs

divisions -> after every team played every other team in their division the season is over and top2 get into the higher division and bottom 2 get in a lower division for the next season (like @ kuh3liga.eu).

No rules have been altered in any way.

BiBS doesn't include any kind of playoffs or brackets. Let's not get too picky now, it's just a name change.

Is there any chance that Siberia could be included from say like Week 3 onwards to give people a couple of weeks to learn it?

The sooner Scornforge is gone the better, it is just plain AWFUL
