Unless you're friends with some staff members or you're a super furtive mofucka' I don't see how you will be able to sign up anyone except yourself. In which case you can come back here and brag being the only normal esr user with access :)

the few times ive been to things like this, when you sit down to play before or after the match you enter your email or whatever to signup..makes little sense to do it via pen/paper...so it's most likely possible to sign up around ~10 names
