Anyone know why my XFX XGear Controller doesnt get recognized ? I also cant install drivers from XFX see pic

ive updated my bios to latest version
i tried putting usb on full speed instead hi speed

any know what the problem can be?

i fixed it by googling alot !

i found out that i had to complety shut down the power so the usb would reset (unplug all powercables for 30mins) and then it should work
