if one is set up make sure its 5 weeks, after i leave my shitty part time 7pm to midnight uni job i had for 4 years, so i can play when the tournament is on at night time etc.

What the fuck does "Level: Jamerio" mean?

But yeah, it's the admins that assign user levels, except for the 'regular' level, which is given automatically once you write 10 posts.

Probably some admin going through a rough time and scouring ESR for every sense of control he can get.

I guess, having my own user level was seen by them as positive sense of attention. Delegating it to other people, thereby gives them the false perception of control and to them at least makes it less exclusive, so makes them feel better about themselves.
