they could fix contest mode. contest mode randomizes position of comments regardless of upvotes or downvotes, but because of that if you refresh you end up seeing a different order of comments. they should make it so that it disables voting altogether, and order comments from oldest to newest or vice versa when using contest mode. as it is now not many subs use it, even though they hate the upvote brigading culture of reddit.

Not to even mention the moderators. Every major sub has tens and tens of moderators, moderators that each "moderates" tens of major or minor subs. Another thing that should be forbidden by rules.

As it came out, those fine gentlemen and even reddit's ceo or whatever himself can and do abuse their power in every possible way, to the point of directly stealth editing random user's comments and threads, when not outright removing them with false pretenses.

And this year is election year in america. Expect the political influencer farms to ramp it up to unbearable levels, like it happened in 2016 when reddit became Killary's ass megaphone.

There was a brief moment of idle right after Trump's election, when all the bots and shills quieted down and went dormant for a while. It lasted few months and then the political shit turned up to 11 again.
