his 2v2 skill probably puts him up there, but i haven't seen him in 4v4 too much so i can't judge.

I'd rate russian TDMers like this
1. Latrommi - kinda hard choice cause he ain't active nowadays, but when he is active he's surely 1st. He has somewhat cautious and accurate but at the same time aggressive style, spends his stack very effectively and deals a lot of damage keeping sick net on any position.
2. fearzzz - mostly due to worse aim than Latrommi. At the same time he has way more TDM experience and able to do ridiculous dmg/frag net with the help of it. Doesn't need much stack unlike Latrommi to survive and be effective with 100/0 and SG only but at the same time needs some stack to be the beast. One of the hardest players to catch and kill in my experience. In case he gets better aim I'd definitely rate him 1st. 3k ELO soon, cmon :D
3. pavel - hard choice, but I'd probably choose him due to his stability. Eventhough his aim ain't really good and he has a fucking high ping his damage output is somehow always high and stats are positive. He's also able to control large areas very effectively due to his duel experience but suffers vs top aimers. Would like to see him playing tdm with lower ping.
4. cas - his control is kinda bad, general timing is even worse but he doesnt even need it, just don't put him to control any area alone :D He deals ridiculous damage with any weapon without any stack. Don't give shotgun to fearz and him when you're playing vs them else you're fucked when each of them gets 30+ kills with it :D Has really good dodge(probably even better than Cooller since he keeps hitting well). He does well at fast arcade maps and teamfights in general but at the same time if it comes to slow and 'tactical' coordinated play I'd probably pick someone else.
5. Cooller - ye, it's fucking C O O L L E R, but still I'd rate him 5th I think. He has several strong points as ingame leading, obviously has lots of experience and plays fairly well but at the same time he can't really deliver unless you feed him with items. And in current TDM there're simply not enough items for that and at the same time there're many players who can execute their stack advantage much better. Also he probably has the worst aim out of these 5 which he tries to compensate with his dodge but in TDM damage output is far more important cause you can't really dodge versus multiple opponents.

So in general I kinda suppose that cooller and pavel are obviously stronger duel/2x2 players and don't really think that they fit in one team at once unless there're players like 421 to support them and let them take everything whereas latrommi fearz and cas are kinda universal and overall better in 4x4

i played some ca with cas yesterday night. Dafuq. Dude is crazy good.

i wonder why there hasnt even been a try for a tdm map with slightly more items.. probably too risky to waste time/effort on it. its just strange there is same / less amount of items in tdm as in duel. compare to qw for example where maps can have several reds and megas, countless yellows etc. + the armor is even stronger.

yeah shaft and rocket are stronger than in ql but rest of the weapons arent. qw is basicly a 2 weapon game because of it. so the difference between controlling key items is much more important. it would be a nice change of pace if there was actually enough armor on the map for more guys to have a stack at the same time, YA for example is pretty crap in ql

But those 2 weapons (+ nades) carry the gameplay just fine. You can have a MH and a RA, and it still vanishes in less than 2 seconds, so you have to be extra careful, even with 200/200. Because of this, imo it's natural that the maps has more items - they will desintegrate in an instant anyways. : D

yeah im not necessarily saying its bad in qw. the thing with ql is that your stack can disintegrate in an instant aswell, to _any_ weapon. and it could be a good change to have some maps where personal item control counts more instead of just having 1 armor on your side of the map to be shared with 4 players, usually going to the "star" of the team
