I've been looking for online ladders/cups for this game (in Europe)

All I found in Europe is ESL, and their Black Ops 2 competitions seem kinda 'under-populated'.

Is this game just not popular, or can someone point me to a website where this game has some decent level of activity.

I'm talking about the PC version, btw.
