I personally game with the DA. Either the new one or the old one works just fine on my pad. However some people on some surfaces have trouble with the new one.

So in order to better answer this question for you, do you game with high sensitivity or low sensitivity, do you prefer a hard pad or a soft pad and finally what games do you play, thus people may be able to make better answers to your questions tailored to your specific style and finally how much do you have to spend?

I notice one thing cheaper mouses works great on table, more expesive mouses work worse on table even expensive mouses have better sensor or stuff like that can soomone explain me about this aswell. I gonna try spend like 50$ also becouse im planing to buy my 1st gaming mice.

to adress the second one: get the LoL (league of legends) edition. that one gets talked about in those other threads on esr i was hinting at, it's supposed to not have any of the aforementioned problems.

regarding your last question, to put it simple: i have no idea about the laws in your country. EU law says warranty for faulty electronic hardware is 2 years, but good luck trying to argue that in case of "jitter".

in .de i also got the ability to send back any item ordered online in the first 14 days after receiving it. that's not a warranty but revocation, again, no idea about the laws in your country.

Only problem with the Abyssus LoL edition is that it has no side buttons and it can't be run at 500hz. Some motherboards don't handle 1000hz mice well (although that is getting rarer these days. The games I play I need the side buttons and thus the abyssus is out for me.

If you have smaller hands the Abyssus LoL is a pretty good choice if you don't require 500hz or side buttons.

However if you don't require high DPI you should also look carefully at the Intellimouse Optical 1.1 which is slightly bigger than the abyssus has a side button on either side. Its problem is the cable sucks IMO, You have to overdrive your USB port to get 500hz (will only run 125 by default) and it will not do over 400dpi. It is cheaper than the Abyssys LoL.
