lol, sens is 5/11. 1:1 in mouse movement recorder.
I don't have any anti-virus software, except dr.web 6 portable scanner, that runs manually only one time per week.

May it be coz of usb port? Allocation of devices priorities maybe?

If you use a setting lower or higher than the default windows setting, you will not get 1 to 1 windows mouse movement.

For example, say you are using 3/11. Your windows multiplier is 0.25. If you move the mouse by one pixel constantly for 3 counts, 3 * 0.25 = 0.75, and the pointer is not moved at all. You then move another 2 counts, and 2 * 0.25 = 0.5 + the 0.75 from last time = 1.25. Now the pointer moves by 1. This happens because when Windows applies the scaling factor, it can only pass through to the game a whole (integer) number of mouse movement and it holds back or delays a remainder which is added into the next movement.

Thats what I would do if my pc starts lagging anything.
Install Windows 7 if you like.

This freezes affect everything: typing, applications, sometime i notice it playing QL.
And there is no CPU load.
What it may be?

Yep its your OS problem.
Might have corrupt windows or registry.
Just reinstall everything back.

uhhh.. i solved this annoying problem.
this is coz of crappy russian updater of Geographic information system called 2GIS.
one little program, made-by stupid russian coder can do such a big problem.

it seems to me that after killing: intellipoint, 2GIS, 7plus(AutoIt script) these freezes became rare, but they still exists.

Finally, I 99% sure I solve the problem.
Firefox. Mozilla Firefox.
Every time I ran it system freezes several times ~half-a-second without consume a lot of resources(CPU).
I also played QL through firefox and that's why there was freezes.
Tested on different usb ports with 125/500Mhz polling rate.
Now I need to get some non-glitch browser.

Chrome or IE.
