24th for Australia. Time stamps might show 23rd for some depending on region. When I was editing it I did notice that having the date in the title might be confusing, but I left it alone.

Like Flair said, this is in Australian future time. I did think about timezones when I wrote the post, but I decided catering to players made the most sense.
