Also consider that cheating is not the only cause for banning someone. Others are a particularly bad mouth, racism, harassing and whatnot. For instance, you seem like the usual lolca 1v1 raging flaming retard, so that might be the reason Kappa

Maybe you think that im the "usual lolca raging etc" but i just wanted to try how it was doing a 1v1 lg vs depas and he completly defeated me.

But ofc i can't prove this with real staff.

The usual suggestion in cases where a ban was incorrectly applied is to do the following:
1. Contact support directly.
2. If that fails, ask syncerror directly via irc or pm here (or by making a drama thread on ESR). He is the guy in charge of the game, a different person than the one that issues the bans.
3. If that fails, just circumvent the ban as it's absurdly easy.

The last step is the last case scenario, because doing that would mean not officially going back to the game (in good terms with the admins), the admins will try to ban you again and certainly won't get your account back; but it's a choice.

I know it sounds bad for the game to post this, but support has banned numerous people wrongly.

edit: and it goes without saying that if you did cheat, pls leave kwak and go to the where banned cheaters go: xonotic (or make a fragmovie).

I reported korner yesterday night for aim assist and he got banned in less than an hour.

I don't have the exact ticket I sent but it was very similar to this explanation:

Most relevant demos are demo2, demo4 and demo5.

In demo2 we insist that he tries to aim at the legs, knowing that aimbots are often set to aim at a default height. He categorically refuses, adding no reason to it other than "I don't like it that way"

In demo4 he loses the first two rounds hitting around 40. He then stops completely, not moving his xhair/switching weapon/talking in chat. The next two round he wins, hitting 48. Again, he stops completely and he goes back to hitting around 40, losing the match 10-2.

In demo5 you can see him trying to aim at the feet and hitting 25% as a result.

He always aims at the exact same height, just below the head, which is a very difficult way to shaft. Two weeks before these demos were taken he was a total scrub, hitting <30 against terrible opponents, now suddenly he is hitting 50 lg on depas who, if you don't know, is one of the best lger out there, excelling in DODGE.

I know how aimbots work, they basically make the xhair go toward the center of the enemy at a certain height at a speed that you can set. Slight movement of the mouse on the y axis are going to result in very slight movement of the xhair. You keep aiming at that same height without performing major corrections even when you are walking on stairs or your enemy is jumping. No, i didn't confuse you with influx pov, i know how /follow works thank you.

I agree, it is indeed different in the fact that shafting clueless opponents behind their back is easier than shafting a skilled dodger actively trying to dodge your lg in an open space. As you know influx is depas' fake and you were hitting 50 on him in the thirs and fourth rounds, after stopping completely for the first time and before doing it again.

The real mistake it's how they can prove that im cheating with those demos. It's not about how i can prove im clean. The 80% of those demos are Influx pov.

Doesn't matter, can watch from any players POV while they're in the recorders Potentially Visible Set (PVS).
It's not perfect but it's normally more than good enough.

I've seen this guy practising lg duels non stop for a while now, i dont see how he would be able to cheat against a stronger player wich i think he sees just as a way to get better. He just isnt the type of person that simply cheats after training a shit ton of time, that would be pointless

I just want to know if it is possible to ban someone for cheating while that person is not really cheating. I'm enough sure about considering korner a cheater. I've been reported thoudands of times (i just know nordag and zprecker reporting me) and i've never been banned. Korner has been banned by just 1 report from Feschio. Then i remember (i don't know if i've demo) on ca1v1eyeyoeye he used to pwn me from long distande with lg (his hp after fight were avg 100-120) and i used to own him close distance. If you are used to face cheaters you will surely know that those shithumans try to go far from you to use their aimbot (i remember an italian cheater called Ferruccio that used to pwn me 55lg from long and just 26 close, now banned) and i'm sad to say i recognized in korner this way to play. I'm also sad because i defended him va feschio before the ban, i saw in him --> me accused of cheating.. now after this ban i'm quite sure i was wrong in defending him. The only thing i really want to know is if it is possible to ban for cheating a clean player for a judgement error..but i don't think so, because i would have been banned since 2005 (yep, i'm reported in RTCW also etc coz i'm shaky). Played the guy few weeks ago on my alt.
Aerowalk duel however is the worst indication of any cheat usage
was a really easy game, he had no clue how to play duel.
His aim was ok but I wasn't shocked by the lg nor was it extremely strong.

Just wanna add that aiming at the same hight on a plain level is not an indicator because he might use kinzu or another heavy prediction mouse so you have to check is regular ch movements and compare it when he lgs. Looks rather suspecious and can't be prediction because he starts the fight at a lower ch position and goes back to the same spot over and over again.

i have a 50€ mouse (logitech g400s)

i aim the top so there are less mouse corrections, the movement is just horizontal and not semi vertical like aiming the legs. I said "semi-vertical" because if your enemy go away from you, you have to raise up your xhair

is the m_filter the problem?

m_filter compares 2 mouse "frames" and adds a third that is the middle value to smooth out the mousemovement. This means a small amount of lag is added. The lag is negligible with modern hardware though.

Voglio sottolineare ancora che nč io nč depas siamo le cause di questo ban, tutto quello che ho fatto č stato mandare una demo al supporto per farli controllare e loro lo hanno trovato colpevole. Sono stato io a reportarlo ma eravamo in tanti a essere convinti che avesse aim assist.
