Hey all, some of you may have already seen that we've been active again for the past several months, and we're excited to keep leveling things up. We've been remiss on posting here, so it's about time to remedy that.
Quick note on the site:
This has been a solo project for some time, so I'm finding time in between everything else to get it into shape. I'm rather happy with the functionality as it stands, and I'm aware that there are a few outstanding bugs for those who have small resolutions/zoomed in browsers. Bear with me. But complain anyway.
Sign ups:
Hop on chat about 30mins before we kick off and type !signup to get placed in the list. The list will be sorted by ELO before matches start to compensate for known skill differences. After matches start, the list will be played out as-is (first come first serve).
Matches:
First match will have a !coinflip for map pick. 1 map is played each round, with the winner carrying forward and the loser dropping out of the event. The next player on the list is brought in to challenge, and gets map pick. The map pool is rather loose, just use your common sense for what a decent duel map would include. Admins will get to veto anything deemed to damn silly or dumb (dm17, ctf maps, etc).
