1. Quakecon only hosts doom4. No quake at any of both DHs or any other major event.

Another scenario (most probable but less fun and negative) is there's doom4 and QL at quakecon, which drops prizes for quake substantially. QL is only at one DH of the two, and also is in one other international lan that isn't going to be major by any means (little to none prize money, quake-only community event in some no name venue) but people will say it is.

2. January: 125fps changes to a whole different format, no matches everyday and with substantially less prize money.

3. August: Faceit switches focus to cs:go and LoL. Quake is not on sundays anymore, at least as the main show.

4. August: QL 2.0 is released. Includes microtransactions and is f2p for the rest. Severely disappoints the team, as they thought this was going to make quake be once popular as in 1999, without realizing the game was once 100% f2p and still was "dead". Nonetheless,they manage to get quake in one major event or series of (IEM?,) that isn't quakecon, for late 2014 or 2015.

5. November: The said DH

6. December: As a recap for the whole year, zootlive is better than ever but there's less things to stream, therefore less days of quake. At the same time zoot starts streaming dota2. Ins buys and wears on stream the newest Barcelona shirt.

7. All other current streamers, cups and efforts remain to be extremely unpopular, as they are right now.

On third place (behind faceit and zoot) Levelup starts streaming once more but sporadically, with less than 1k viewers and with not so great matches. Vor's identity will still be a mystery, and will still be the #1 current caster in quake.

8. December: jamerio commits suicide. Police finds out after a month..
