So...keep the talking sobber and act nice. Ok, so now she has a positive view of you but she still isnt thinking about being together again. Now you somehow need to let her know that you like her. If you are close to one of her girlfriends then try asking if she knows how your girl think about you. Just to get you a picture of how she thinks of you.

What i did was something like this, i asked one of her girlfriends (that liked me) if she knew how my girl was thinking about me,
and then i told her the truth (also, only because she and i have a very close relationship, we can talk about everything and we trust each other) and then i asked her about some advices to get her back. Partly just to keep the talking going, and because she is still a girl, i knew she would think of all this with a smile and help me in her own way to get us to be together again, but without telling me of course. Things like supporting me when i was being mentioned by her friends, tell my girl how great a guy i am, etc..
Then to make it short, i sent an sms to another of her girlfriends, one i knew was very close to her and they shared everything (and she also liked me btw..it really pays of to be best friends with your girls friends, they can help you SO much). "lo, was wondering do you know if <my girl> has a guy on? =)", her "she hasnt, why do you ask?", me "just out if curiosity =)", her "yeah right ;)". I went basically like this..
So..in knew she would go and show this to my girl which i still acted nice towards to. We meet at a disco, i sat next her and told her how i felt. It worked, and everything is still good =)

I'd say forget about her, hang out with some good old friends, try to meet new people, especially girls so that you might get your ex out of your head quicker. The sea is full of fish, you just have to be patient.

2006 - Got italian citizenship, working in call centers
2007 - Got scholarship to go to italy
2008 - Moved to London, started to work in IT again
2009 - Same as above (Travelled to Scotland, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia and Germany)
2010 - Returned to SA, started programming again
2011 - Got current job and gf
2012 - Moved in together, working a lot, started buying furniture and shit, started savings.
2013 - Oh here we are!

I'm leaving out a lot of the ex-gf stuff. After my slovak gf broke up with me in 2007, I stopped taking things that seriously. People are different and they come and go.

I would categorize all the years until 2010 as just learning and growing up. Now it's time for work and living.
