"The credit card fraud totalled $205,000,000. FBI has arrested twenty four people across the world."

From the FBI website that's the "Total estimated prevented loss", so I guess the total value of the assets on all cards, not the value that was actually accessed/spent.

The FBI site doesn't have either of their names (although as names aren't listed for the 11 people arrested outside of the US that's not unexpected), more surprisingly, no one is listed as having been arrested in the Netherlands in relation with this at all.

So um...?

I think this is the original article in Russian... http://www.fontanka.ru/2012/07/03/137/ . Google translate says they think it's FBI related but doesn't really give info either.

Unfortunately for your argument, the majority of those arrested appear to be US citizens, not Russian or eastern European. Some UK, Italian, Norweigan, Japanese etc. too.

I guess you better just give up on trading with every continent except Africa and south America, since I don't see any countries from there named.

Focusing on Matvienko for a second, his past is definitely bizarre. When he came to the UK with his martial arts team, he asked to stay in Nottingham Castle (uninhabited for 200 years).

I think theres a slight chance this dude might be Sanchez

Waiting Putin's comment on this one (he has something to say on every international incident when Russians are involved).
Let me guess, he would point out that the Americans are bandits as well -like this is a good excuse for being a bandit.

Agree. Even in Russia itself it sometimes unfortunately happens that russian criminals, despite all support and defense, still go to prison, but thanks to Putin, this horrible atrocity is fading away.
