Mojang just won the injunction in the Scrolls trademark case and Bethesda Softworks can still appeal in the next 3 weeks. If Bethesda accepted the Quake 3 challenge proposed by Sweden Notch, it seems they had good chances to win the dispute.
"Minecraft developer Mojang revealed today that it has won an interim injunction against publisher Bethesda Softworks in the Scrolls trademark case, meaning the indie company can continue to use the Scrolls title for its upcoming game."
