So, if the rest of the calculation is the same it should be possible to push a user to 100% but he would have to get lots of plusses within a short period of time to keep it from decaying.

I personally, and as a writer, prefer Euskara. I don't know what kind of writer would want to use English. It has no style or character. The English language is all about practicality. Seems to be nothing but practical.

The language a people speak has a profound effect on their methodologies. The word Euskara itself, if you see, is weak at first then strong offensively. This creates a Republican people. The syllable Eus is soft, and in this syllable, you have a defensive vulnerability. Aggressiveness is then created out of necessity. It is a compensation. If they were to change the Eus to something more able, the Basque would be more balanced and overall more capable.

If any style exists in the English language, it is northern or Norwegian. Nothing against either, but I personally prefer something more equatorial.

Let me show you how simple it can be. Instead of Euskara, with its soft first syllable, you could use Ezkara. That little change makes all the difference. The ass-kicking kara has no need to compensate for the weakness of Eus.

The Basque language and people are very good, aside from what is apparently one consistent failing.

People are often confused by the Basque language. They call it an 'isolate'. Seems to me, the language is like the people. Some of them come from France, others from Spain. With the language, some parts come from Asia, others possibly from the middle-east, and the rest probably from Europe. It's sort of a conglomeration of languages.
