i had a cat for 11 years, last year he died, they are as important as any family member. i.e. if he sits on a couch, you'll have to find another place to sit, cause he was there first. or that's the situation in my house at least =))))

nowadays i have a new cat, he's crazy as shit. always gets his revenge by waiting for you to go asleep, and then hits you in the head in the middle of the night.

each 1 of 3 cats we had lived like a prince.

There were many cats in my home (although i can't say those were "mine", I wasn't the one responsible for them) and some of them were totally awesome (one of them was the cutest one I've ever seen and there was basically no "safe" way of waking him up :D). The funny thing is, that the oldest cat "survived" the longest. I remember that she came to our house when I was on holiday before 1st grade... and died just a few months ago, when I was finishing high school.

I remember some funny accident with some 'stranger-cat'. I live in a semi-detached house, I was on the 2nd floor and went entered balcony, there was some cat sitting there :D I don't have a clue how did he/she get there. Cat got scared as hell and jumped immediately (it's really high).
