I don't know, it just seems boring. First off, it needs a ceiling, some hallways seem way too high.

At the same time, I think it needs to be a bit more open in some places. Corridors and hallways are fine, but, there should be some bigger areas. Maybe make a big RA room, with multiple points of entry.

The textures definitely need to be changed. Try making it new-age. There's a few maps from the TRIXO video I saw that looked absolutely amazing. The dungeon/basement maps are getting old and repetitive, we need to make things look new-age, maybe like some Quake 4 maps like Placebo and Monsoon.

It's not bad so far, don't give up, keep working on it!

It's people like you that will hopefully get these awful Q3 maps out of the competitive loop. DM6 needs out.

Ok, so I spent like 40 minutes in it.
A few nice designed places there reminded me of hub3tourney1, but the map is seriously lacking some flow, theres not enough space to gain speed, stairs and gaps everywhere. Theres also no need to fight for items. I died and in five seconds was fully equipped (100:150, lg + rail).
Ra is placed so that you dont have enough options to fight for it. The same goes for mh. And i totally hate all the jumppads :/
On the other hand, I liked the spawn with pg and ya, which gives you nice options to fight back after being fragged.
Imo it needs some serious redoing, but can still turn out well. Dont give up =]

spend 10 mins on map (not much), but i can say its AIMFEST :(

you mean, it's too easy to dominate it with lg only?

i played warmup game with all weapons, maybe it dont have lg (dont remember) :D but still if no lg, map not good :)
