sync up by pausing your mp3player at the end of countdown and unpause when the demo reaches that point.
(Someone requested this demo elsewhere, since the original download on vertex' ftp seems to be dead. I still had it on my HDD so I thought I might as well upload it here for the sake of having it archived.)
