well females at age 13-16 indeed have some intelligence problems.
It probably has to do with growing breasts which makes them go all crazy n stuff. We should understand it, cause we go crazy about breasts too :P (though hopefully not those of 13 years olds)

I don't think your sister is stupid, just poorly influenced. Maybe she understands that she's "idolizing" Paris Hilton in the same way you do. Maybe she doesn't care. In the unlikely event that she's entirely oblivious, then I think you guys have some serious issues. Aside from that, maybe your parents should take on a different role (maybe it's too late).
And she'll grow out of it in atleast 15 years, anyway.
