Is it normal that everyone can talk together even if its a team mode? Is it default? Can it be changed? How does this make sens? Dognuts?

It's not default, by default the moment the game starts teams can only hear their own team mates.

servers can set g_allTalk 1 though if they wish, and it seems a few have.
I think it shows up if you look through /serverInfo but I can't check atm.
