starting to get bored on clear sky, I cleared some base about five or six times, I go for a walk a few hundred meters, and when I come back, surprise surprise...
also AI and general combat system is pretty fucked

That sucks. I hated re-spawning enemies in Far Cry 2. Never had this problem in Stalker but I never played Clear Sky.

clear sky is considered by some much worst than the original

better try out cryostasis, it's not rpg but it is pretty nice game, a little bit repetitive but it is kinda short, so this compensates

I didn't like the demo. Its a very slow game and it seemed a bit hard.

finished it, slow (russian style) but nice, hand to hand combat reminded me a bit of condemned criminal origin
3d fps games are usually fast, sometimes it's nice for a change, at least for me

how does the repetitiveness of a game get compensated for by shortness?

I never understood why this game got so famous. I found it terribly dull and boring.

I was disappointed at the end of Clear Sky, because you were not able to explore the Chernobyl power plant itself, only try to snipe Strelok with the gauss rifle traveling the outskirts of the plant. I hope that in Call of Pripyat, we are able to explore more of the inside of the Chernobyl NPP itself. Especially the control room and maybe the other reactors.

I would also like to be able to further customize and upgrade your weapons and equipment.
