focusing is all about this that doesnt belong to the game, like food and sleep. if you work out alot you will be able to focus more, that concerns all kinds of focus (like school etc).

Mhm, i know the physical part, and i almost always focus in serious matches.. I'm just wondering how do i keep it up if i practise say 2h a day for a week? :/

well if u dont care, then ul need massive talent to stay ahead and even then, when the greats go inactive they still mostly loooose :<

then you're probably getting bored i guess. try finding a new way to play (as i don't know what you play) duel. try out new tactics/methods etc. i've got the same problem alot of the time.

try making an echo script which execs all your other cfg's / scripts that REMINDS you why are you playing the game and what you are trying to accomplish. i do that sometimes, helps gather your thoughts before the game.

would've been an echo script the same. I think it's good tho, cause it helps you get focused if you're not that motivated.
