After reading the other LB thread here, I'm really worried that some don't realise that Lightboost can easily be enabled on AMD cards, too.

This app works 100% for AMD cards.

The monitor is designed to strobe the backlight in exactly the same fashion when in 3D mode. Also, if you use less than 100% brightness, you are technically already strobing the monitor 24/7 at an even higher rate than lightboost thanks to PWM dimming.

any monitor with lightboost is designed to technically work in this mode, so i wouldn't worry about that.

didn't notice anything worthwhile on my vg248qe. 144 feels better than 120 strobed.
