CA players think they are hot shit. I've been asked to 1v1 ca or duel so many times after wrecking the fuck out of people in pubs.

Then I wreck them in 1v1 also, and they make another new excuse.

But it's very fun. I sometimes use an alt to pretend to be bad, I do sensitivity 15 and then walk around like a noob trying to get harassed.

Then when people talk shit to me I lead them in a 1v1 and play normal, completely obliterating the shitty, for the lulz. (I usually pick a strong t4 and invite everyone to come watch just to make it more lulz)

i would make accounts named xXMLGQUICKSCOPEXx and the like for a while, and deliberately play like shit trying to shit talk ca players who thought they were good, or people i didnt like with the intention of saying "1v1 quickscopes scrub" and then asking for the "normal pro map" so i got ztn or something, and proceeded to rape them afterwards.

I don't play FFA all that much, but my observation was that everyone knows exactly how they compare to everyone else.

Maybe it won't show in what they say, but if you observe how people pick servers to win on, you will see they know exactly what their skill is :)

My observation of FFA is that every bad player there (and there are tons of them) believe those who win easily against them are cheaters.

I play CA but there are alot of whiners who think they dont do anything wrong and blame team mates for dieing so fast...

I think people are pretty realistic in quake overall, at least compared to other games.
CA is a bit different in that regard ofc.
I'd say the best one is duel, is it's definitely a 1.

I wouldn't call "realistic", when a mid-skill player called "cheater / aimbotter / wher / movementhacker (lolwut)" amidst heavy whines at least 4 times a day.

I tend to agree that CA players are usually more arrogant and have shorter patience then others have.

Like once not long ago when i played 4vs4 CA and one in the opposing team left mid-round, one on the opposing team told me to go spec. I replied that ill go spec when the round is over. They only had one guy left and we had 3 of ours left so it would be over soon anyways.

The guy then told me that i were a fucking cocksucker. To witch i replied i prefer to be called "penis taster". He then called a vote to kick me and everybody voted yes :(

Generally you get to hear a lot more shit in CA then other gamemodes. I don't think that i have heard any drama in TDM or CTF yet. And in duel the other player usually congratulate me when i win and so on.
