This would actually be a great moment for quakelive if id software can fandangle this into a show match with streaming and commentary etc. I'm all for it!

Imagine quakelive.com featured bi-monthly high profile match-ups, not necessarily quake pro-player related, but to settle rivalries/disputes of any kind. Could kind of pump them up before hand like boxing or ufc. Have video features etc! Quake already is the greatest video-game proving grounds of all time, why not advertise it that way.

Thinking the same thing, if they used QL and streamed it with links on the minecraft website and quakelive it would get alot of views. I think people still dont even know quakelive exists yet lol.
