So i won an Intel i7 980x Extreme Edition (socket 1366) CPU, just wanted to check whether anyone here would be interested before I put it on ebay.
I'm guessing most people here wouldn't spend that much money on a CPU but if anyone wants it you can have it for 500€ plus shipping.

Nice win, but the i7 2600k is less than half the price and almost as fast in overclocked form at threaded apps despite 2 less cores.

3 months ago I would have bitten your arm off. That i7 2600k has made a lot of people very happy and unhappy :)

Its still THE ORIGINAL E-penis CPU though so I'm sure it will sell around that price.
