Downgrading your drivers is all you can do atm.

all q3 & id tech4 games have issues.
AMD/ATi fucked up the ogl part real good. 10.5 & 10.6 are pretty much unuseable.

Another way to fix it:

Download the 10.4 drivers. Starting the install and then cancel it so the driver files are available, use the command prompt window to go to C:\ati\support\10.4[whatever name]\packages\drivers\display\W76A_INF\b_[whatevernumber] and then type expand.exe atioglxx.dl_ atioglxx.dll Then copy the atioglxx.dll file to the game folder where the game exe is or overwrite the 10.5's driver by copying it over the one in System32 (or syswow64 if you have a 64bit OS)

nope, q3 runs fine, same with jedi knight and etqw

as usual, ql is the only game that has issues :D



i'm using the 10.6 beta driver and that one works fine (got 2 5770 in crossfire)
