It's been well documented that Blizzard have been having trouble in talks with KeSPA recently.
The disagreement was around the broadcasting rights for Starcraft II tournaments. KeSPA claimed that Blizzard's demands were too strong whilst Blizzard felt their IP rights were not being respected. After months of negotiations, strange power plays and various events, Blizzard appear to have finally given up, and are now set to join forces with GOMtv according to Team Liquid.

GOMtv whilst considered less popular then KeSPA, has had a stronger English speaking following in the past due to them streaming English commentated matches (hosted usually by Tasteless and LiLussie) as well as WC3 events.

Blizzard appear to be having a successful time in Korea currently. Not only are they set to have a new broadcasting partner, but managed to overturn the 18+ rating on SC2 for Korea
