A lot of people have asked me a bunch of shit about NZ because they're thinking of visitng there. I guess my info is probably a bit outdated as I haven't been living there for 4 years (i dont think much of the landscape changes at that time) but I have written a short guide outlining some of the nicest spots to visit in the South Island:



The only way to really see the South Island of New Zealand is by car, foot and helicopter. Destinations such as Milford Sound are only really accessible by foot and there is no other way to see it. Cameras and photographs are one way to capture the beauty but nothing compares with being there – the sights, the weather, the smells and the rewarding feeling that you get knowing that only a handful of people around the world are able to see and be where you are.
