Unrelated but related, I've seen Team Combat servers getting stuck on Domination games with maps where there are no control points, so neither team can score any points and the game never ends.

Quality.

I wonder if this could be used to our advantage by promoting teamwork : making sure your team has all it needs in terms of close, mid and long range weaponry. But I guess it must make the combat fairly dull. Do you spawn with full ammo?

Imagine playing CA with just RL/SG. It just doesn't work. Probably same ammo as CA, i don't remember exactly... but you only get two weapons. You can kill and pick up weapons from enemies, but it still makes zero sense.

strafe jumping started as a bug aswell .... maybe the guys over at id just need to implement more and more changes and eventually they create the next big thing in the fps genre :D

IIRC same for Red Rover. Though you can pick weapons from killed enemies.

My question is: how come there are no loadouts in new UT? They dont want to attract more players? :D (sarcasm off)

Did they say there would not be?

No one from epic mentioned loadouts either since its a stupid idea...
