This list makes up atleast 50% of tier4, if not more. Based on vieweing these player's individual in-game performance, I am convinced they cheat.

I am working on posting evidence of each of these players along with enhanced individual demos of why I think they all cheat. This may take some time.

I'll keep adding to the list as I see fit and I will strike names who have been banned.
