Gonna hijack this thread.

I saw the QC pro's significantly upgraded their hardware, and it looks like it pays off.
Spartie, Cypher, Avek, Killsen, all got 300+ fps now and they hit like a monstertruck.

Then there is CNZ, who pushed to a new level, rocking these specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X
Videocard: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090 OC
Memory: G.SKILL DDR4-3800 CL14 16 G
Monitor: ALIENWARE 25 AW2521H &
BENQ ZOWIE XL2546
Mouse: VAXEE OUTSET AX (Matte Body)

He got 500+ fps! His LG and MG are registering like insanity.

I'm not saying the hardware makes the players, but within the pro's that hit insane, those with high fps hit a lot insaner!

In conclusion:
I think QC is very dependent on fps and it gives (unfair, if you will) advantages in hit registering and general accuracy.

sounds quite logical - QC had lg damage depending on frames, so I cant imagine something that broken getting ever fixed

From my experience same goes for Quakelive even.

My aim was consistently better when I used 250fps versus 125 or 144 matching my 144hz monitor at the time.
