There's (more than) rumors circulating of a future Quake title being prepared by Bethesda.
First, XboxEra found a slot in the QuakeCon 2021 Friday schedule labeled 'Let's talk Quake" where apparently Digital Foundry would be discussing with Machine Games about the later's contribution to a 'revitalized' version.
Then we have a new entry on ESRB's (Entertainment Software Rating Board - the organization that rates games) list containing a new Quake game. Apparently, the game has been rated 'Mature' and is expected to appear on PC, Xbox, PS5, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
This exciting news come just as QuakeCon 2021 is beginning so be sure to keep an eye out for any additional information being released over the weekend.
