There is a chance that this is coincidence since he heard you above him but it's unlikely that he would directly track you through the floor like that. I doubt it's enough evidence for a ban though.

the speed at which it snaps on it is the selling point i think. The loops that show real time speed is the one to look at, at slow speed you don't see the velocity of this snap.

Agree, fishy, but nowhere near enough for ban or conclusions. If he do it all the time, then we can talk, but from one case it can be random(we all know it happens sometimes).

His aimbot clearly triggers ( probably by mistake) while I'm not even visible, putting his crosshair exactly in the middle of my hitbox. Also the haste of this move is quite impressive, like a rail flick.

Played this guy multiple times on CA, he always does we'll there.. For me that flick is a little too quick and accurate also there is a little shake of the mouse when the crosshair hits the hitbox, probably him tryin to correct his aim after it snapped... Cheat for me

I got several FFA demos of this player, but all of them are without cheat. FFA is mode where people usually try to play for real, so FFA is bad indicator. He can use something in duel and ca, no doubt.

All current fps games and all mouse track games in general are currently useless waste of time - they are wide open to cheaters.
So why to care about each player?
You just need to realize this fact above and :
- stop to play serious

- start to cheat yourself and keep playing
