The FACEIT Winter Season Final between

Cypher versus

evil is set to take place on 1 April, 17:00 UTC.

The two Quake titans have been going head to head recent months in the FACEIT Winter Season, both topping cups on a weekly basis. In their road to the Grand Finals, they managed to both top their groups.

Evil managed to overcome pavel, ash and Madball with relative ease, while

Cypher beat dem0n and Spart1e, as agent got disqualified. Also in the semi finals both duelers showered their supremacy, with evil beating Spart1e with 3:0, and Cypher taking out ash with that same score.

The two will now face in the grand final, all streamed live on

FACEIT TV with commentary by

Daniel "ddk" Kapadia and

Ziggy "nVc" Orzeszek!

Evil didn't know what he was writing for real. Someone f*cked him over and he trusted him... sad story ,really. The only player that can write something like that on purpose in official faceit match is agent. :D

Well, since this final should have happened before the Sunday Cup in which Evil made that comment, it wouldn't be fair as I remember this game was postponed because of a technical issue at FACEIT's side. So, yep. It's only fair to allow him play this one and ban him from Sunday Cups.

"Update #2: Apologies for the delay in full update. I managed to speak to the production guys and unfortunately we had some issues on our side that didn’t let us continue with the stream.

There were some minor problems in our studio, which have been solved now. The final match between Evil and Cypher has been rescheduled to TBA date. We will let you know when we go live with the final match in the next days and do our best to create an amazing show out of it."

Although cyphers out of control play is the best in the game he just got too used to it. He plays like this because he feels totally comfortable and the most stable, but you get the best out of cypher when hes just doesnt care and goes agressive. Thats when the magic happens, thats when he hits all the shots and thats when he is unbeatable. He needs to get into that mentality of his early quake days when he dominated cpma, atleast when playing evil
