He actually explains why he does that after Latrommi asks him "why the fuck he is playing like his keyboard was an Accordion". His explanation is that like this he has some sort of "symmetry" with his mouse. This leads to Latrommi laughing and asking him why he won't pull the keyboard up on one side and place it above the mouse then. Pretty hilarious conversation between these two.
