I am lolling a bit at the arrow keys, but tbh it's not the first time I've seen good players use it.

basically shift, ctrl for crouch/jump etc (?) and the DEL/HOME/.. block for weapons, where some of the buttons switch between two second tier weapons (MG+GT bound to the same)
