i like flux, but flux fucks up gamma/brightness on all my games, screws up nvidia stuff too; pain in the ass really :>

they should add a list where you can add programs that disable f.lux while running

Anyway, whats the problem with closing/disabling flux when starting to play video game? Most of the time it's a an hour+ long routine so what's the problem? When I was playing QL frequently I just got used to flux and it didn't bother me tbh.

problem i had is that if it was installed, things would break. only way to fix it was to get rid of it. maybe it works better now but it used to mess up my custom nvidia settings ^^

Which OS are you on? Can't remember having any troubles on win7 + nvidia gfx :X

7 x64. last i tried it was like a year ago though. after it was installed it just made everything darker even when disabled. it also ignored gamma/brightness/contrast in nvidia back when i still used that.

suppose i can try it again and see if it ignores games now or smt :)

Well, yeah but not on every map unfortunately. I would love to have it the same as it was in q3 - darkness everywhere.

there's been a huge f.lux update a few days ago, although on linux i still prefer redshift over this.
