ew, I hope this is true:

Note that this article is a bit skew: http://www.lotteriinspektionen... ("Gambling Board" or whatever they call it, you can Google translate the article)

Mainly it's about LANs with rental computers that have pre-installed games open to public and make profit of it. Witch means normal LAN parties bypasses this.
