the contrast and the music is just beast mode

I was a bit concerned when I heard the hard rockish oriented music, was just waiting on the edge of my chair with my mouse on the mute button for some whiny faggot to start screaming - turns out it's just instrumental stuff which I really appreciate in quake (especially in defrag runs)

Config was a bit dark at some points, maybe a bit confusion with all the 3d/1st person view, what I really liked with w3sp videos is that you actually get a f33l of the speed, maybe over editing results in less of said f33l.

Still a great defrag movie with some exceptional runs, synced well to the music, very solid.

I think the contrast was actually quite bad. I could barely see through the first part of the movie.

I think you can control entity visability in wolfcamql. (not sure what disappearing models are you referring to)

For instance, check at 2 mins.

Well, you made me download the movie. The model doesn't disappear, it's just covered with white for a couple of frames there. No disappearing, just editting.

before beeing white, it just "blinks" (disappears?)...

Like a few people already said, shame there is so much 3rd person in these great runs.

I like the style of the movie and that the creator kept to it.

But I've to admit that I got a headache watching it. There were so many fast cuts. My brain could not compute! (maybe It was because I watched it just after I got up and had my pc booted).

And the second thing that bothers me is, that its a defrag movie WITHOUT drum n bass! Come on! EVERY SINGLE DEFRAG MOVIE NEEDS DRUM AND BASS! ITS A RULE OF THE UNIVERSE!

Had to give this 9/10 (flawed masterpiece status) because it has too much 3rd person pov (( I totally came with the visuals though.

+atmosphere and synching are great
done within so little time, 10 days at most, with such edition :O
-most of the runs are not at his best, about half of them are taken from random competitions in which the limit of the maps can't be pushed to. they do look impressive though for most viewers, so this doesn't matter much.
-too much blinking effects, make me headache
-too much 3rd person cameras looking at nowhere

I love it, although I think on some parts it was just too damn dark. Still deserves max score.

i will say nothing new- great visuals and music and could have used some more 1st person view...

and also I enjoy much more the vq3 runs, as the 'stiffness' movement and control at high speeds there is just much more impressive for me.

Very interesting map choice. Maybe the glow effect was a bit overdone. The runs were clean, creative and most of all, fast... very cinematic. I enjoyed it.

That was, for me, the best piece of quake videography ever. Nothing else to add. If that had been a fragmovie, I would probably be in hospital by now. Fuuuuck that was epic! Inspiration.

Got a shiver up my spine watching this. Fucking brilliant work if you ask me. That camera work with the stacked rockets was the icing on the cake.
