using OBS things look pretty good around there, I get too many complaints though. 3000 seems to keep most people happy, 45fps 720p quality 10. if u can do multiple resolutions though, do a high one like u suggest.

On my streams I use about 2400 bitrate with 45 FPS and 720p. Forgot what quality setting I use (I think it's 9).

If you're using such a high bitrate you must be streaming in 60FPS or more =|
