point: developing some muscle, minimal muscular look + easy life + no roids nor any powders and whatnot?

I do weed, weed does me too sometimes, I only drink a few beers a week 3-4 now, used to do so with + a 0, but that is nice and steady now, but I smoke weed almost every night, nomatter if i'm alone home or go to a friends place, weed usually comes knocking since I usually get very good kinds, and its not especially easy to come by good weed around where I live. I weight 80 kg and am 186 cm high, and quit smoking a pack a day after 12 years, I eat alot of vegetables and meat fish and fruits, no fast food nor anything like that, no chocolate, but I dont eat alot, what im really after is some decent body, you know like a boxer, not big but strong... I did cycle alot this summer, did 30 kms alot of times when I had time, but thats not the upper body. Other than this and working out when i was 16-17 I never did sports. Ye I do a job thats basiclly sitting besides a desk but I basicly never spend more than 3-4 hours sitting at the desk in total (thank heavens...)
