Hello

i have a problem since a long time. First i thougt it was because i used linux, but now it seems to be the same in Windows.

I play one Map and everything feels ok. After the Server changes the map i have the feeling that the sens is higher or there is some kind of Accel. Sometimes its more then one Map but sooner or later it appears. It makes me fucking angry and crazy since a long time and i can't enjoy my quakelife...

if anyone has a suggestions what the Problem would be is very welcome.

It's been around for a very long time, doesn't exist in quake 3. It can happen mid map too.

It's a reported problem in the ql forums.

Nope. At one point, in_nograb was suspected and the m_cpi update somehow kinda helped for some people ( understand it's still fucked but it won't wobble up and down ingame ).

And that's pretty much it. The only thing that we have in common is quakelive.

hey buddy, noone asked you to play quake, the pinnacle of high skill gaming. this feature raises the skill ceiling even more. think about it, how do you make a game that requires you to shoot pixels with millisecond reaction times even harder? make controls change randomly.

Today i played once again ql bundesligamatch. and once again i lost (...maybe) because of this shit bug. Its so frustrating to lose to against an opponent who plays like an idiot and still you lose because you hit shit. I now i not much better when the sens ist stable but atleast i know its my own fault.

Till now i never cared what id did and what not. But when they dont manage to take care of the most basic things then i dont want to continue to play a broken game. i Like to have fun when im playing.

so the big question is now, what should i play...?
bf3 is boring after some time

Warsow is a good alternative. ;)

Even the netcode is much better than QL�s.

For weapons you can use almost your ql-config

The only main difference is to get used with dash and bunnyhopping. But after some time its really fun

depends on how you look at it , as warsow and ql share one massive retarded issue which is the amount of antilag you get between ping divisions.
