Most of the setting are the same, with some minor changes (ie. in_mouse 2, model keel/bright, r_mode, etc.).
So actually, old config can be used, somehow....

Some commands changed, and colours changed too. Basically, exec your Q3 config in the game, and see what commands didn't go through. Post them here and I'll help you out :D
