so its like the borg? You can destroy sections of the ship and the whole can still function? While all individuals work towards the collective goal. I wonder what new technology will result from star trek (i’m hoping for teleportation or atleast cool food replicators-i’m so sick of cereal)

Interesting. Great idea, but can't see any manufacturers of Motherboards adopting it. They rather sell you another motherboard when it breaks then sell you a $5 piece that's 1/100th of your motherboard.
