wtf ?

carmack : "It would be hard to imagine a more complementary relationship. They are triple A, top-of-the-line in what they do in the RPGs. And they have no overlap with all the things we do in the FPSes."
ololol
they just make pretty looking but full of shit games ; it's like saying britney spears makes triple A, top-of-the-line music just because she sells

haha, kind of idd ; but I'll wait for rage and doom 4 to see if id really can't put a good sp gameplay anymore (last one was what, q1 ? havn't played q2 yet though) (and in a month we'll all laugh at what raven has done to wolfenstein ; two thing for sure already : slow shit for joypads about sp, and mp ruined by idtech4 anyway 3w cooked it)

Maybe now the'll make a rpg+fps hybrid that can be played similarily to dota.

Yeah, I know there was this other game, but I didn't like it much from what i saw.

can't remember the name, but it's neither demigod nor Hellgate.

I saw a video of a match of it some time ago. It pretty much like a first person rpg. And you play with to teams fighting for control of a map.
However, you also have a commander who can move workers and contruct buildings and build computer controlled units like in a rts.

I thought the idea was quite awesome, but I didn't like the video as much. Will look if I still have that vid, when I get home.
